Summary

Hopeful Minds curriculums are based on research that hope is teachable (a skill). Higher hope corresponds to greater academic achievement, improved health, increased productivity and less anxiety, depression, violence and loneliness. Hope leads to more social support and connection. Hopeful Minds meets anti-bullying guidelines, CDC National Health Education Standards (NHES) and state-specific Social and Emotional Learning Standards (SEL). It can be used at home, in the classroom, in church and after-school programs.
